Develop and implement sales strategies in line with global objectives.
Cultivate and maintain long-term partnerships with key customers and stakeholders in the region.
Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to optimize sales performance and pricing approaches.
Collaborate with global teams to ensure smooth coordination of supply chain, pricing, logistics, and after-sales support.
Deliver regular updates on sales performance, forecasts, and market intelligence to senior management.
Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings as required.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in B2B sales or business development within the chemicals or materials industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Fluency in English; knowledge of a Southeast Asian language is advantageous.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the Southeast Asia region and beyond.
