Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

• Opportunity to build and lead your own team (3~4 Analysts)
• Permanent, Hybrid/On-Site role @ Tai Seng MRT

• Lead the identification and analysis of critical business factors, integrating thorough risk evaluations and market trends to ensure precision in strategic financial projections.
• Produce and present monthly management reports, conducting in-depth profitability assessments and offering business insights to inform data-driven decision-making.
• Perform forward-looking analyses for project assessment, benchmarking, and strategic planning, contributing to the company's adaptive and strategic approach.
• Collaborate with the Accounting team to streamline reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations while upholding data integrity
• Drive cross-functional cooperation in financial budgeting and forecasting, scrutinizing the validity of assumptions.
• Act as a strategic partner, improving operational and financial effectiveness, and guiding pivotal decision-making procedures.
• Monitor and assess initiative progress against strategic objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Deliver impactful financial presentations and spearhead initiatives to streamline finance processes using BI tools effectively.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Finance, with professional accreditation preferred (e.g., ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
• Minimum 8 years' of experience in a similar role, of which 4 years spent at the group-level.
• Prior experience in the Retail/eCommerce space will be highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated strong analytical capabilities, including effective data collection, organization, and interpretation for strategic decision-making.
• Skilled in navigating complex financial landscapes, simplifying data for broader understanding and strategic application.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to challenge conventional thinking and advocate for best practices.

• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Netsuite) and expertise with BI tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI) for comprehensive data management and analysis.
