For more information, visit .Introduction:Process integration engineer in RF product development organization to develop, optimize, and qualify semiconductor devices/processes to meet performance, schedule and quality requirementsYour Job:
  • To develop, optimize, and qualify semiconductor devices/processes to meet performance requirements
  • Partnering with process module engineers to improve device/yield performance
  • Manage logistics for processing the lots in fab
  • Owner and point of contact for new product lots in the fab.
  • Process split, DOE execution
  • Route creation
Other Responsibilities:
  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Required Qualifications:
  • Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
  • 0-1 year’s relevant experience for PhD, 1-3 years for Masters, 2-4 years for Degree
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of semiconductor device physics is a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of wafer fabrication processes
  • Independent, resourceful, with a positive attitude toward continuous learning & knowledge acquisition
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
