HR Executive - Payroll and Benefits

- Handle payroll and benefits administration, review end-to-end process from eligibility checks to liaising with vendors & Finance, enrolment & processing/ payroll journal and documentation
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry of payroll information, including employee details, time card/attendance records in the Time Management System - KRONOS
- Ensure accuracy of operational input, execution of monthly payroll processes and regular benefits administrations (e.g. Leave Management, Flexi-Benefits) to payroll outsource vendor
- Respond promptly to employee concerns regarding their payroll or leave matters and provide administrative support to the HR team
- Manage internal service level agreements and work with Finance team on rebilling coordination
- Timely HR reporting for internal and external requirements
- Timely handling of government-related claims, internal and external invoices
- Coordinate, liaise, profile creation, system updates to ensure timely enrolment/or update for employees during on/or offboarding
- Assist in reviewing policies, processes and documents
- Assist in the organizing and running of HR initiatives and events as and when required
- Degree in Business Management/Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 2 years of HR generalist experience with background in HR operations including payroll and benefits
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of Singapore labour laws and regulations
- Meticulous with details, able to multitask and work well under tight deadlines
