...About the Role As a key member of the Group Financial Planning & Analysis team, you will be preparing annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and monthly flash reports. Additionally, you will provide insightful analysis of market performance and support Group stakeholders in delivering P&L. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting the preparation of forecast and budget presentations for senior management, including underlying key assumptions/drivers, trend analysis, and potential scenarios. Your role will also encompass identifying key drivers for business and developing mechanisms for effective tracking, reporting, and analytical evaluation to continuously improve business efficiency. As part of our finance team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to our digital initiatives and drive positive outcomes through collaboration and innovation. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and maintaining our SAP ERP system and processes. You'll spearhead the SAP implementation process, working closely with IT teams and external consultants to ensure smooth integration and functionality. In addition to supporting process improvements, streamlining standardization efforts, and managing master data creation and maintenance, you will specifically focus on optimizing the SAP system to enhance financial planning and analysis capabilities. This includes configuring SAP modules, developing customized reports and analytics, and providing training and support to end-users.Skills and Requirements Required They are seeking individuals with a degree in Accountancy (CPA or CA preferred) and a minimum of 10 years of experience in Accounting/Finance roles. Essential to this role is prior exposure to SAP ERP implementation and consolidation systems, with hands-on experience in SAP modules, particularly in finance and controlling (FI/CO). Certification in CCH Tagetik CPM would be advantageous, along with a background in finance transformation projects, particularly in system implementation and process improvement. Strong project and stakeholder management skills are essential, coupled with a solid understanding of finance and accounting principles. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is necessary, including the ability to develop business cases, conduct financial analysis, and prepare presentations. Meticulous attention to detail, a proactive and self-motivated attitude, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are key attributes they are looking for. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are crucial for effective interaction with all levels of management.
