
Finance Business Partner

- Partner with the business to drive growth strategy, including participating in scenario simulation & forecasting process, assessing potential risks/upsides and providing recommendations
- Drive finance efficiency through providing advisory and business operation controls, e.g. PR/Contract review and approval, risk analysis and management, process setup and continuous optimization, and support on new business proposals or explorations.
- Drive month-end and quarter-end closing and accounting process, P&L management and the business unit's financial reporting
- Co-drive annual budgeting process alongside the BU and sales on their Go-To-Market strategy and providing guidance on appropriate levels of growth in revenue and margin.
- Understand and use current finance systems and tools to highest levels of capability. Work to adopt and implement next-generation finance systems and tools.
- Provide guidance and advice on financial policy and practices.
- Liaise between Business and other internal groups (e.g. Revenue, Legal, Credit and Collection, HR) to provide guidance and interpretation of policies.

- Ability to work independently as well as within a team in a fast-paced, dynamic and often ambiguous environment.
