Summary:The candidate will join our Tech team as Assistant Service Delivery Manager / Service Delivery Manager for Tech team, and covering SEAO (Australia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam) offices to manage projects related to Tech team.The main responsibility is to manage projects with SEAO market, working closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time with highest satisfaction. At the same time, this position is also required to be the eyes and hands on IT infrastructure related matters, as well as data enabler, to deliver intelligence solutions in our local market.A strong project management and communication skills are mandatory as this candidate will be working with various stakeholders to gather requirement, ensure timely execution with satisfactory delivery.Job Description:Project Management
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Procedure, Standards and Policy
  • Perform yearly assessment of the existing related documents and perform necessary changes or escalation to close up the finding.
  • Handle Security Incidents according to defined protocol and workflow, evaluate risk and impact and escalate to the upper level.
  • Assist in promoting user awareness of security protection, as well as new technologies or tools available in our company.
Ensure IT Infrastructure availability and performance
  • Manage all IT infrastructure/systems, according to company standards and aligned with the practices.
  • Take ownership of the IT infrastructure setup, including Boutiques, offices and warehouse.
  • Take ownership of the server room setup and operation if any.
  • Manage Infrastructure inventory.
Data Product Enabler
  • Comprehensive understanding of BI, data structures within SAP, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and so forth.
  • Leverage data-driven products to deliver informed decisions and valuable insights.
  • Deliver local data intelligence solutions.
Vendor Management.
  • Good vendor management skills to gain benefit to the company.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in IT or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in IT with at least 2 years of project management experience.
  • Solid IT technical and infrastructure background.
  • Experience in Retail / Luxury Retail / will be an advantage.
  • ITIL/MCSE/ CISSP/ PMP is good to have.
