Assistant Director (Capability Development)

• Supervise and strategize the enhancement of capabilities and creation of learning opportunities, specifically aimed at improving the communication skills of staff, leaders, and volunteers.
• Collaborate with the team to devise training roadmaps designed to equip both staff and volunteers with essential competencies crucial for their communication roles.
• Take the lead in developing processes, competency frameworks, training roadmaps, and performance assessment metrics, aiming to fortify communications function within Divisions.
• Work alongside the team to curate resources, such as best practices, toolkits, and templates, providing guidance for communication practitioners within company
• Collaborate with the team in researching and identifying suitable learning methodologies, e-learning courseware/platforms, and potential partners capable of expediting the learning experience for company’s staff and volunteers.

• Degree holder
• 4 years of relevant experience
• Good communication and presentation skills will be added advantages
