Let's create transformation for a sustainablefuture together.We are looking for you,Process Safety Engineerto our Technical team in Singapore.You will focus on facilitating, providing advice and coordinating refinery wide process safety processes to ensure high operational availability, productivity, flexibility and safety. These processes include Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) portfolio management, pre-start-up safety review (PSSR), Risk Management (RM) and Management of change (MOC). In this job you will work closely with different functions (operations, maintenance, safety) within the site as well as cooperations with process safety counterparts in other sites.In our team, you will be responsible to provide process safety inputs and oversees the implementation of process safety management processes. Facilitate and coordinate process safety hazard identification and risk assessment
Support all aspects of process safety engineering and process safety studies
Advise operating plant in the management of process safety risk
Provide process safety guidance during Management of Change Process
Deliver Process Safety training
Assist incident investigation in process safety incidents

Keys to success in this role

Bachelor or Masters Degree in chemical engineering or relevant field and deep understanding of process safety principles and processes.
More than three years of work experience in process safety and hazard management and background in process design, technical support or operations in the oil and gas, refining or petrochemical industry.
