- Format and reset old laptops to organisation standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of new and returned laptops.
- Inspect and verify the specifications of returned laptops.
- Provide basic technical support to users (e.g. troubleshooting, setup).
- Assist with the organisation and proper storage of laptops.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Familiar with formatting laptops and basic troubleshooting.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and Microsoft applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Available to commit to a 2-month temporary assignment.
