- Develop and execute commercial strategies including procurement, contract management, cost management, financial forecasting, and risk management. Lead commercial delivery in line with strategic, financial, and operational goals.
- Provide leadership in cost management, scheduling, and performance tracking. Implement enterprise-grade digital controls systems tailored to aviation infrastructure delivery.
- Identify and mitigate commercial risks including claims, contract variations, and disputes. Ensure full compliance with Singaporean aviation regulations and international standards.
- Act as the primary commercial interface with joint venture partners, contractors, and government stakeholders. Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure consistent application of best practices.
- Mentor commercial and controls staff, foster a high-performance culture, and support talent pipeline development. Drive continuous improvement through digital innovation and marginal gains.

- Tertiary degree in engineering, architecture, quantity surveying or construction management.
- Extensive experience in commercial leadership roles on major aviation or infrastructure projects.
- Deep expertise in project controls, risk management, and contract administration.
- Strong background in dispute resolution, claims management, and commercial negotiations.
- Digital-first mindset with experience implementing enterprise-grade commercial systems.
