- Oversee all aspects of Information security across the region working closely with the country leaders and lead the global directions and strategy into each country
- Lead the technology security team across the region by setting the roadmap and overseeing the execution
- Create a strong positive working culture by leading from the front, creating a strong vision and supporting team members and staff
- Engage and manage stakeholder across all functions across Governance Risk and Compliance
- Drive continuous improvement in security monitoring and incident response
- Create as strong Security culture across the businesses
- At least 12 years of experience in related fields
- Minimum 8 years of technical experience working hands on in Technology Risk or Security
- At least 5 years if experience in a senior leadership position working with business stakeholders across the region
- Track record delivering Technology Security initiatives and changes in large scale and complexity involving multiple stakeholders
- Experience working in the Financial Services Sector
- CISSP is highly preferred with other certification a plus
