- Attend to queries and assist the property agents and property agencies over the counter(s) by appointment.
- Part of the team that handles designated queries over the telephone.
- Making out-going reminder calls and conduct phone survey with stakeholders.
- Able to conduct basic backend IT system testing for e-services.
- Perform other duties (eg. filing/disposal of documents, data entry, statistical update
- Possess effective communication skills and good interpersonal skills and be proficient in English.
- IT-savvy and conversant with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Able to work effectively both independently and in teams;
- High level of integrity and ethical conduct in all professional interactions.
- Trustworthiness and reliability, particularly when working with confidential government or organizational data.
