Lead Lean transformation initiatives across teams and sites
Facilitate impactful workshops (Kaizen, VSM, 5S) and standardize best practices
Leverage data and digital tools (e.g., MES, dashboards) to uncover inefficiencies and implement smart solutions
Align strategy with execution by collaborating with leadership and tracking KPIs
Coach and develop teams, building a culture of problem-solving and continuous improvement

What you bring

10+ years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence
Proven success leading Lean transformations in complex, multi-site environments
Expertise in Value Stream Mapping and Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Strong leadership in change management and team development
A collaborative mindset and a passion for innovation
