Job Scope:a. Partnership and Grant Management(i) Manage the new auditor contract from FY2024, including tracking and analysis of contract budget utilisation(ii) Manage invoices from and payments to the auditor(iii) Track and report on the utilisation of the approved contract value(iv) Assess grant applications and closure reportsb. Data Management
(i) Manage development and execution of partnership surveys and analysis of responses(ii) Consolidate survey findings, visualisations, and insights into a report
(iii) Collate engagement logs and prepare submission to Customer Relationship Management System (CRMS) and Central Stakeholder Repository (CSR)(iv) Review CSR monthly access review for NYC
(v) Assist in the NYF Impact Assessment StudyRequirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in partnership management or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous with an eye for details and figures
  • Able to multi-task and prioritise work effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Experience with grant management or administration of funds is a plus
  • Able to work independently and in a team
Contract Period: 12 monthsLocation: Toa PayohSalary: $3300/monthWorking Arrangment:Mon to Thur: 8.5 Hours (excl. 1 hour meal break)
Fri: 8 hours (excl. 1 hour meal break)
