POSITION SUMMARY:The Marketing Manager, SEAHWK Region (South East Asia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea) will be responsible for leading the overall downstream marketing efforts including, but not limited to, systematically assessing market potential for AtriCure therapies in SEAHWK markets and leading the development and execution of marketing campaigns, product launch planning, KOL engagement and other related activities. The successful candidate must have a broad scope of experiences in leading, developing and executing strategy across diverse channels and is experienced in evaluation and implementation of modern marketing capabilities. The person for this role must be professional, organized, confident, and able to work with stakeholders at all levels.Who are You?

What will you be doing?Downstream MarketingDevelopment and Execution Regional/Country Marketing Plan:
  • Lead the collection of market and competitive intel through AtriCure field team & partners to inform the development of the marketing plan.
  • Collaborate across internal and external stakeholders (including country/regional leadership) to develop Marketing plans, ensure execution and tracking of activities.
Congress/Campaign/Program Execution with ‘Call to Action’ and attention to budget end results:
  • Be responsible for planning and execution of Congresses (Country/regional, Provincial/State level) as well as development and/or execution of Global and Local Campaigns
  • Be a champion for the ‘End-to-End’ process of therapy adoption, from ‘Awareness to Trial to Repeat’ through tighter collaboration with T&E and monitoring progress v. expected adoption once centers are trained.
  • Lead marketing budget planning & drive governance on efficiencies
Establish and Execute ‘Best-in-Class’ Product Launch Process:
  • Lead the development and implementation of proactive product launch plans, leveraging global product launch best practices and partnering with the Director Marketing, APGC Markets and Country/Regional leaders
  • Optimize the near-term opportunities for effective product (re) launch execution and launch planning for upcoming product approvals.
  • Develop measurable KPIs and provide oversight and regular updates on the progress.
KOL Engagement:
  • Lead the development and implementation multi-tier KOL strategy and planning, leveraging global best practices and partnering with the Director Marketing, APGC Markets, Country/Regional leaders and other global stakeholders.
Other Product Management responsibilities:
  • Be a conduit to product related complaints between partners & servicing team.
  • Product complaint team
  • Demo management
  • Review product lifecycle
  • Provide regular Sales & Inventory updates to highlight risk & opportunities
A little about yourself
  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful commercial/marketing experience within medical device/medical technology environment.
  • Significant experience in developing and executing marketing strategies
  • Thrives on ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, connected, cross functional sales and marketing environment
  • Additional Language Skills (eg. Mandarin) preferred
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong and productive relationship with international, internal, and external customers and vendors
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to travel approximately at 50%
