  • Serve as an on-ship resource for conducting service and repair tasks.
  • Display adequate technical proficiency and manage personal inventory of spare parts. Collaborate with the spares/service coordination team to ensure swift issue resolution on the first attempt.
  • Provide suggestions for clients’ spare parts inventory.
  • Extend remote assistance to customers by establishing contact and delivering task instructions. This empowers them to independently troubleshoot and rectify simple problems.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of completed work in the administrative systems.
  • Develop required Method of Works and Plans of Action as and when needed.
  • Foster close collaboration with the Technical Manager and Service Coordinator to effectively schedule your visits.
  • Input service-related data into the in-house systems.
  • Coordinate with customers, ship captains, and port agents.
  • Carry out essential administrative tasks such as compiling reports, managing expenses, and other duties integral to fulfilling your role.
  • Familiarize yourself with and implement the company’s HSQE policy. This aspect holds particular importance as we engage with demanding clients within potentially challenging environments.
