This is an exciting opportunity to drive innovation, collaborate with global stakeholders, and make a meaningful impact in a purpose-driven organisation.Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will:AI/ML Model Development & Optimisation

Design, implement, and fine-tune machine learning and deep learning models.
Experiment with advanced algorithms and architectures to enhance performance and accuracy.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

Partner with internal teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders to identify and deliver impactful AI solutions.
Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process automation and advanced AI use cases.

Integration & Deployment

Transition prototypes into scalable production environments in collaboration with data scientists and engineers.
Monitor and maintain AI solutions post-deployment, ensuring optimal performance.

Research & Innovation

Stay ahead of the curve by exploring the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
Foster a culture of innovation through workshops, programmes, and employee engagement initiatives.

Ideal TalentWe are looking for an innovator with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have:

A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
5-6 years of progressive experience in AI/ML engineering or a comparable role.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
Expertise in Azure Data & Analytics tools (e.g., Databricks, Data Factory, Synapse) is highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving skills, a structured approach to work, and a passion for driving innovation.
Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A collaborative mindset, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships across diverse, globally distributed teams.

Experience in the chocolate or food industry is a plus but not essential.Day-to-Day

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and develop AI-driven solutions.
Experiment with and optimise machine learning models to solve real-world problems.
Transition AI prototypes into production environments and monitor their performance.
Stay updated on the latest AI trends and technologies, applying them to drive continuous improvement.
Engage with stakeholders to promote a culture of data-driven decision-making and innovation.
