- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $9,000 + AWS

- Work with Senior Operations Managers to regularly review and plan service loading at each depot and identify any gaps.
- Create and implement a sales plan for each depot, targeting both existing and new customers, considering depot capacity, profit margins, regional market needs, and depot strengths.
- Support Senior Operations Managers in evaluating and growing the customer base.
- Communicate with customers regularly to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and generating leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers at current and potential customers, serving as the main contact to ensure satisfaction and handle concerns.
- Develop tools to measure customer satisfaction and set standard service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track company performance.
- Lead price negotiations, understand market pricing, and set effective pricing strategies.
- Respond promptly to customer commercial enquiries, including preparing and following up on offers, in coordination with Senior Operations Managers and Customer Service.
- Develop and maintain sales reports.
- Set and achieve sales targets for each location.
- Support the budgeting process using sales forecasts, customer growth data, and demand for new services.
- Lead contract negotiations with customers to secure favorable terms for the company.
- Review contract documents, identify risks, and suggest solutions.
- Monitor contract compliance and resolve any issues or disputes that arise.
- Stay updated on industry changes, new technologies, and regulations that may affect the business.
- Provide market insights and recommendations to help shape company strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services to customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, preferably in Logistics.
- At least 5 years of commercial experience in the tank container depot sector.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development in a managerial role.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and experienced in gaining stakeholder support and leading teams.
- Strong understanding of the tank container depot industry.
- Proactive and innovative, with proven success in building and executing sales processes.
- Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and unique selling points for different sites or regions.
- Proven sales track record and ability to secure key business accounts.
- Willingness to travel frequently, up to 50% of the time for business purposes.
