- 5 days work week (Hybrid working arrangement)
- Remuneration: Basic up to $7000
- Manage the financial and management reporting for a group of entities and ensure timely closing of accounts
- Prepare and perform analytical variances review of the monthly accounts
- Prepare and review monthly cashflow projection, quarterly forecast and annual budget
- Handle the review and submission of GST returns, property tax and annual tax returns
- Responsible for the preparation and review of statutory financial statements
- Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, accounting standards and SGX/MAS requirements
- Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax agent, trustee and external service providers
- Maintain Yardi software and explore system improvements to enhance reporting process
- Any ad-hoc projects and assignments as assigned
- Degree in Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting and/or audit experiences in a similar position
- Possess high level of initiative and able to perform under tight timelines
- Responsible, meticulous, self-motivated and has a positive attitude
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment
- Able to communicate well with various level of stakeholders
- Possess good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Yardi and Cognos will be an added advantage
