The Group was formed on 29 March 2003 through the merger of two land transport companies – Comfort Group and DelGro Corporation. Both had started out in the 1970s and had, by the time of the merger, grown to become successful listed land transport companies.Following the merger, ComfortDelGro has expanded significantly and now operates in seven countries and has a global fleet of about 34,000 vehicles.ComfortDelGro’s businesses include bus, taxi, rail, car rental and leasing, automotive engineering services, inspection and testing services, driving centres, non-emergency patient transport services, insurance broking services and outdoor advertising.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities- Provide support to the Risk Team through in-depth industry research and data analysis- Assist in the creation of other relevant content e.g. case studies and infographics- Collation of monthly Risk report data and metrics, e.g. KRIs and action plans from Risk Owners- Write up for Risk Statement for annual report- Follow up internal audit issues from respective issues owners- Updating Control Self Assessment results- Housekeeping data into the Risk Shared Folder- Involvement in risk workshops- Creating risk training slides- Setting up reporting system for risk and internal control- Any other administrative dutiesKey Requirements
  • Technical skills
  • Excellent English language writing skills.
  • Excellent computer and MS Office skills, especially with spreadsheet applications such as Excel,
Powerpoint and Word.
  • Experience and/or interest in risk and/or internal audit reporting and related frameworks.
  • Full-time availability for at least 3 months or longer. Pen-ultimate year undergraduates, are welcome to apply.
  • Degrees in areas of Risk Management, Accounting or Business Management an advantage.
Interests and Behaviour
  • A keen interest in research and ability to understand the current risk trends in the global market
  • Strong interest in getting hands-on experience and seeing your work make a direct and immediate
impact to the firm/platform
  • Self-motivation, independence and interest in working for a young, entrepreneurial firm.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and work streams at the same time.
