
Assistant Manager, Finance

- Taxation: Oversee corporate tax filings, FATCA/CRS compliance, Global Minimum Tax reporting, deferred tax documentation, and other tax matters. Maintain accurate transfer pricing records and ensure proper withholding tax treatment. Manage GST transactions to ensure timely and accurate GST return submissions.
- Intercompany: Manage monthly booking of intercompany invoices and accruals, payment cycles with reconciliation, and internal confirmations. Process various intercompany recharges and review corporate and regional office recharge arrangements to ensure accuracy and timely recording.
- Team Player: Contributes to a collaborative and high-performing finance team by supporting colleagues, sharing knowledge, and maintaining open communication.
- Finance Functions: Supports broader finance functions on a day-to-day basis, including reporting, analysis, and operational tasks. Gains operational insight through hands-on involvement in financial processes, helping to strengthen understanding of business workflows and drive continuous improvement.
- Other Tasks / Initiatives: Undertake additional finance-related duties and support new initiatives as assigned, including audits, process improvements, and cross-functional projects.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in taxation.
- Professional certifications (CPA, CA, ACCA, ISCA) are a plus.
- Knowledge of local and international tax laws.
- Highly organized, independent, and detail-oriented.
