Responsible to the Implementation and Restoration of circuit installation and maintenance of our Copper products and services on Corporate Customer sites.
Conduct Site Surveys and brief Corporate Customers on any requirement in customer sites.
Ensuring that circuit delivery are on time and circuit restorations met the the SLA requirements according to our product guidelines.
Ensure Corporate customer sign off the delivery on the eSRF.
Ensure that the circuits are commisioned or restored on site, on time and the test results are kept in the bases as and when required to be shared with other Operation Units or the Customers.
To drive the van to perform 24 x 7 shift rooster, stagger duties and home standby if required.
To report any non-compliance of SOP by the contractors.
To follow safety procedure in accordance to the work health and safety act (WHSA) and to use appropriate safety equipment so as to complete their assigned job efficiently and safely.
To carry out investigations for internal Singtel escalations or external Singtel customers, other ministries escalation such as IMDA etc.
Responsible for meeting the Key Performance Indicator targets for the delivery of Copper Services.
To coordinate with customer for service delivery or maintenance issues
Any other duties assigned by Supervisors and Manager in-charge.

Skills for Success:

Minimum Techinical Qulaification Cert (ITE) or similar work experience .
Class 3 Driving license
Proficient in MS Office Applications such as MS Words, Excel, Power Point.
Able to work independently under tight schedule.
Analytical and negotiation skills
