Bancassurance Specialist will provide advisory services on all Bancassurance products under the Personal Banking segment2. Conduct training and continuing education for Personal Financial Consultants on Bancassurance products3. Take on Ad hoc projects to upskill relevant stakeholders4. Conduct trainings and seminars whenever required5. Perform daily joint appointments including pre and post discussion after the appointment6. Achieve revenue targets set out by managementWho you are1.A good degree in Banking and Finance or equivalent2.Candidate should have 3-5 years of prior experience in Insurance Sales-related roles3.Sound analytical mind4.Must have or willing to learn a broad-based insurance-related exposure and background in order to multi-task within a small team5.Candidate should ideally be mature, confident, and able to play a meaningful role in client meetings6.Coaching, mentoring and team management experience will be an added advantageWhat we offer:Competitive base salary.
