We are looking for our client an admin assistant or executive that is keen to do admin jobs such as sales coordinator, office admin executive , assistant purchaser and other admin position. No experience is require as training will be provided
  • Provide administrative support
  • Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, drafting letters/emails, data entry, preparing payment vouchers, and taking order from clients
  • Organize schedules, arrange meetings, and handle travel arrangements and hotel reservations
  • Manage department's administrative needs
  • Other relevant job scope as require
Requirements
  • No experience required, entry-level position
  • Prior experience working as admin or support role such as a Secretary, Admin, purchaser or similar role is a plus
  • Strong team spirit and ability to work collaboratively
  • Working knowledge in office
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
