- Implement and manage learning programs and initiatives to address the organization's skill development and training needs, including coordinating registration, scheduling, logistics
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to provide training content, curriculum, and materials for various learning programs including sharing and briefing sessions
- Review training materials for coherency and relevancy to established organisational learning objectives
- Provide guidance and support to learners and learning partners to ensure smooth and high-quality training delivery standards
- Ensure timely accurate record updating in HR training system for analysis of training data and generate reports to track training participation, effectiveness, and return on investment (ROI) for learning initiatives
- Provide feedback and suggestions on process improvement in the capability development function for efficiency and effectiveness.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Human Resource, Organisational Development, or a related field, preferably with some prior experience in learning / capability development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels across CAAS
- Ability to work independently, take initiative in delivering assigned tasks with accountability.
