Job DescriptionSupport the Finance Lead in business partnering the business units in UCI.Duties & Responsibilities1. Business Partnership role to business units within UCI, working closely with the business functions to provide financial insights, guidance, & support, & ensure comply with NUS policies2. Processing & Support in following areas:
Billing & Collections from internal/external units on utilities, project management fees etc.
Inter-department Recovery of expenses & billing to external customers
Maintaining customers' billing & contracts data in sub-systems
Dunning & Collections
Preparation of journals
Ensure SLAs & KPIs are met
Prepare balance sheet schedules for review
3. Fixed Assets Management - processing of Fixed Assets addition / write-off / adjustment request4. Some accounts Payables & Staff Claims until integrated into Shared Services, & thereafter as interface between department users & Shared Services if required to.5. Attending to internal customers' query related to finance operations6. New responsibilities & project as assigned. Periodic rotation of duties should be expectedQualifications
Accountancy or equivalent qualifications / certifications
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or 8 years of experience for MAOs
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Proactive & willingness to learn new skills
