WE TAKE YOU ABOVE BEYONDTake your passion to the next level and work alongside other masters of their craft to build a fulfilling and rewarding career at Marina Bay Sands.Job ResponsibilitiesAssist the Maximo Dispatch Supervisor in handling all Facility related service requests receivedProviding accurate and prompt data entry including tracking of such requestsAssign requests to the various facilities shop supervisors/engineersFollow up with the relevant section on outstanding service requestsReport any deficiencies in the Maximo system to the Supervisor immediately.Supports and performs FCC dutiesTo perform all duties in accordance with Marina Bay Sands policies and within the realm of the Company vision, mission and valuesHandle all requests and ensure that they are being assigned to appropriate group/engineers in a timely mannerDocuments details and tracking of requestsCompletes records of request and action taken using MAXIMO.Liaise closely with facilities supervisors/engineers and other business units to ensure timely completion of requestMonitoring and controlling fire protection systemKnowledge of CCMS and PMCS will be an added advantageJob RequirementsEducation & CertificationAt least GCE ‘O’ levels including a credit in EnglishOther PrerequisitesExpanded thinking, “outside the box” to reach a solutionResponsible and accountable; organized; conflict resolution; observant, self-motivatedHave a good command of English.Work independently with minimum supervision with attention to detail and fills in the gaps.Good telephone etiquette.Computer literate is a must.Successfully manage multiple task and timeline.Knowledge in maintenance management software or other report generation tool will be an advantage.Get along with fellow Team Members and work as a team.Be willing to work any day of the week and any shift.Have a well-groomed, professional appearance.Marina Bay Sands is committed to building a diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce, providing equal opportunities as we grow our talent base to match our growth ambitions in Singapore.
