This position is responsible for the development of Company's Technology Roadmap and maintain its ecosystem of innovation and technology partners. You will develop the structure for monitoring performance of various factory processes, identify pain points to be resolved with technology pilots, and leverage data-drive approach to drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Develop and maintain the Company's Technology Roadmap and innovation ecosystem.
- Identify pain points in factory processes and pilot technology solutions for continuous improvement.
- Implement data-driven approaches to monitor performance and drive efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and implement the technology roadmap.
- Maintain company use case and technology catalogue.
- Manage relationships with technology and innovation partners.
- Establish methodology for measuring performance and ROI.
- Gather data from manufacturing stakeholders to identify critical pain points.
- Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and system issues.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions to develop solutions.
- Support project management for solution implementation.
- Monitor performance improvements post-deployment.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant field.
- 3-6 years, 7-10 years (Senior) of experience in consulting or relevant roles.
- Technical expertise in process innovation and IT/OT system development.
- Deep understanding of the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis or business intelligence implementation.
