- To ensure that the units are of excellent quality standard, prior to handing over.
- To train & lead the Customer Service Team to handover the units and manage the key collection process.
- To ensure that the internal unit defects lodged are promptly attended.
- To manage internal unit defects lodged by the homeowners are promptly attended with the Customer Service Team during the Defects Liability Period.
- To work with Projects and Main Contractor to rectify defects and sign off the defect list.
- To arrange and conduct house visit (with Projects and Main Contractor if applicable) to assess internal unit defect and making arrangement of the rectification works.
- To resolve alleged internal unit defects after expiry of Defects Liability Period and to work with Projects and Main Contractor to resolve the alleged defect.
- To work with Managing Agent (MA) of the development and to reply to owners relating to the maintenance and management of the common areas such as security, cleaning, general administration, and facilities.
- Degree in Project & Facility Management, Real Estate, Architecture, Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with Singapore property development and relevant authorities' rules and regulations is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
