Situated in the heart of the Civic District, the Gallery is housed in two national monuments—City Hall and former Supreme Court. Both have been beautifully restored and transformed into a magnificent 64,000 square metre venue.Reflecting Singapore’s unique heritage and geographical location, the Gallery presents Southeast Asian art within the global context. We work with international museums such as Centre Pompidou, Musée d'Orsay, Tate Britain, National Museum of Modern Art, Tokyo (MOMAT), and National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, Korea (MMCA), to positioning Singapore as a key node player in the global visual arts scene around the world.Job DescriptionYou will support the Integrated Marketing team in developing and executing strategic collaborations that enhance the Gallery’s visibility and public engagement. You will assist in identifying potential partners, coordinating co-branded campaigns, and supporting the delivery of collaborative promotions.Intern Responsibilities
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing partnership campaigns, events, and activations
  • Track, compile, and report on media deliverables and coverage across partner campaigns (e.g. social media posts, digital ads, influencer content, press articles)
  • Support the development of presentation decks, partner toolkits, and wrap-up reports
  • Conduct research on potential brand partners, industry trends, and campaign benchmarks
  • Help manage project timelines and ensure partner deliverables are met in a timely manner
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for campaigns, including asset collation and internal coordination
  • Liaise with internal teams including Creative, Digital, and Communications to support campaign execution
Requirements
  • Available to commit full-time (Monday to Friday) for 6 months, starting from Aug/Sep
  • Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Arts Management, or related field
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Interest in the arts, museums and culture is a plus
