- Work with HR Shared Service Centre on payroll matters including payroll vendor selection & management, employees' on-boarding, renewal of contracts and offboarding
- Responsible in HR daily operation including SAP system management, leaves and attendance, benefits
- Manages HR policies and related rules and regulations by reviewing and proposing enhancement, and provide updates to employees in handbook/company portal
- Prepare Employment / Confirmation / Increment letter and Resignation acceptance letter
- Coordinate on-boarding and off-boarding matters
- Coordinate probation review for new hires
- Provide support on reports preparation and submission as required to government bodies, auditors and internal stakeholders
- Manages company insurance (e.g. medical and work injury) and claims submission(if any) to relevant parties
- Handle work pass application, renewals and cancellations
- Support recruiting projects including campus recruitment activities
- Any other projects and adhoc duties that may be assigned
- Bachelor's in Human Resource, Business Management or any relevant degree/advanced Diploma
- More than 2 years of work experience in HR department is preferred
- Sound knowledge of local employment laws and government requirements; knowledge of other APAC countries' employment laws would be an advantage
- Solid interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
- Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (as this role works closely with internal customers in China)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), experience with SAP HR module or other HRIS systems is preferred
- Self-driven individual and able to work independently
