- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategy and discovery to delivery and iteration.
- Define product vision and strategy based on market research and customer insights.
- Translate product strategy into clear roadmaps, PRDs, and actionable work plans.
- Drive execution by working closely with engineering, design, and business teams.
- Coordinate releases, manage timelines, and ensure quality standards are met before release.
- Track adoption and usage using tools like GA4, and identify areas for improvement.
- Own key product metrics and continuously optimize based on data and user feedback.
- Support go-to-market efforts by preparing release notes and coordinating with internal teams.
- Champion the customer voice in all product decisions and cross-functional discussions.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in a software company or B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record managing products across the full product lifecycle - from strategy to delivery.
- Strong ability to connect user needs to product opportunities and business outcomes.
- Ability to adapt communication styles for technical and non-technical teams to ensure shared understanding and alignment.
- Solid product thinking and decision-making capabilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
- Familiar with tools like Jira, Confluence, and GA4 (or similar analytics tools).
- Based in Singapore or open to relocating.
