[What the role is] The National Heritage Board (NHB) is dedicated to preserving and celebrating Singapore's heritage. Our museums, including the Asian Civilisations Museum and Peranakan Museum, serve as vital cultural institutions that engage and educate our diverse audiences through innovative digital initiatives and strategic partnerships.Reporting to the AD/Audience, Communications & Digital, you will spearhead digital marketing strategies, develop partnership opportunities and drive engagement through digital platforms to drive visitors to the museums.[What you will be working on]ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute integrated audience engagement campaignsLead digital strategy and paid media initiativesBuild and manage strategic partnershipsDrive content strategy and ensure brand consistencyOversee digital platforms, including website and social mediaManage analytics and performance trackingLead/support budget planning and resource optimisation[What we are looking for]Commercial and Strategic Acumen
  • Ability to translate marketing efforts into measurable institutional outcomes
  • Experience in budget optimization and key performance metrics including:

  • Experience in using data to inform strategic decisions

Digital Marketing and Technical Expertise
  • Proven track record in digital marketing and campaign management
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics)

  • Experience in managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Understanding of current digital trends and best practices
Project Management
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
