- Manage daily sales operations, tracking performance and forecasting to gain insights into market trends.
- Take full accountability for achieving or surpassing sales goals.
- Promote and market newbuild projects for small to mid-sized vessels.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Prepare quotations and manage content on the sales platform.
- Engage prospective clients, present company offerings, and pursue new business opportunities.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to creatively expand outreach and attract more leads.
- Align with company goals to perform market analysis, explore new business opportunities, assess potential partnerships, and define competitive pricing.
- Update and maintain a comprehensive customer feedback database.
- Foster and strengthen strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years' experience in sales and marketing within the Marine or Offshore sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
- Proficient in computer applications and knowledgeable in digital marketing and social media tools.
- Willing to travel for business development and marketing activities.
