Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily sales operations, tracking performance and forecasting to gain insights into market trends.
  • Take full accountability for achieving or surpassing sales goals.
  • Promote and market newbuild projects for small to mid-sized vessels.
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Prepare quotations and manage content on the sales platform.
  • Engage prospective clients, present company offerings, and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to creatively expand outreach and attract more leads.
  • Align with company goals to perform market analysis, explore new business opportunities, assess potential partnerships, and define competitive pricing.
  • Update and maintain a comprehensive customer feedback database.
  • Foster and strengthen strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years' experience in sales and marketing within the Marine or Offshore sector.
  • Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
  • Proficient in computer applications and knowledgeable in digital marketing and social media tools.
  • Willing to travel for business development and marketing activities.
