- Collaborate with finance to establish and execute an internal control framework for ESG Reporting, aimed at monitoring and addressing ESG-related risks and opportunities.
- Acquire knowledge of both internal and external ESG reporting standards, staying updated on evolving stakeholder needs and emerging best practices to ensure adherence to relevant international frameworks.
- Engage with metric owners, cross-functional teams, and external specialists as needed to gather, analyze, and aggregate ESG data.
- Conduct routine assessments and audits of ESG-related processes and controls to identify areas for enhancement and maintain compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
- Oversee the internal assurance process concerning non-financial disclosures, supporting internal ESG stakeholders in meeting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assist the Head of ESG Reporting in contributing to audit reports and internal quality performance reviews.
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, Sustainability, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 8 years of experience in assurance internal controls, audit, compliance, or ESG-related roles.
- Experience in ESG principles, frameworks, and reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD).
