This senior position blends technical proficiency, leadership, and business development to support clients facing complex contractual and commercial challenges.You will be responsible for high-value commissions involving claims and disputes, particularly forensic delay analysis for extension of time and disruption claims. The role also includes managing expert witness assignments and contributing to the growth of both the team and the business.What you'll doProject Delivery & Technical ExpertiseLead and deliver client mandates in claims and dispute resolutionConduct forensic delay analysis for extension of time and cost-related claimsProvide strategic advice on contractual and commercial mattersAct as expert witness in formal dispute proceedingsTeam Growth & CollaborationMentor and guide junior team membersManage resource planning and promote collaborationFoster knowledge sharing and technical excellenceDrive innovation and best practices in delay analysisBusiness Development & Client EngagementIdentify and pursue business opportunities across the regionCultivate and maintain strong client relationshipsRepresent the firm at industry events and professional forumsHow You'll GrowIn this dynamic role, you will collaborate with our global network of member firms and work alongside diverse teams across Asia and internationally. These initiatives are designed to equip you for career advancement and new responsibilities.You will also have the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership to contribute to business growth and strategic initiatives.Basic QualificationHolds relevant professional qualifications in civil engineering, arbitration, or related disciplinesAt least 10-15 years of demonstrable experience in delay analysis and dispute resolution within the construction or engineering sectorsProven expertise in contract claims and dispute processes, including adjudication and arbitrationSkilled in drafting clear, defensible expert reports for dispute proceedingsStrong business development capabilities, including client relationship managementExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in client-facing rolesPrior experience acting as an expert witness is highly desirableWillingness and ability to travel both regionally and internationally, as requiredFlexibility to attend early or late meetings aligned with regional or global time zones#LI-PN1Our BenefitsApart from the well-structured career path and collaborative team environment, our employees enjoy a variety of perks and benefits.
