- Showcase a deep understanding of our product offerings and position them effectively within the market.
- Work closely with the team to adapt and tailor products to meet the unique needs of potential clients.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Perform needs analysis and propose solutions that align with our capabilities and budget constraints.
- Oversee and manage end-to-end sales operations, from purchasing to sales, ensuring seamless and efficient workflows.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to streamline operational processes, including documentation and compliance.
- Implement strategies for comprehensive operational documentation, covering all aspects of the sales process.
- Implement robust systems for tracking sales performance and forecasting revenue.
- Analyze key performance indicators to make data-driven decisions and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain accurate documentation related to sales transactions.
- Collaborate with the legal team to address any contractual or compliance-related matters.
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Sales Operations / Sales Support role, ideally within the Agribusiness / Agritech, Medical Devices and Pharmaceuticals / Biotechnology industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder

- Understanding of the challenges and opportunities in a startup environment.
- Proven sales experience in the chemicals, pharmaceuticals, or medical-related industries.
- Background in trading within Pharmaceuticals or Medical Equipment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on driving results within budget constraints.
- Comfort and effectiveness in communicating with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
