Our client is a well-established organization and they are currently looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Executive to join their finance team.As part of the finance operations team, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day receivables and ensuring timely and accurate financial processing. Key responsibilities include:Monitoring and following up on outstanding receivablesLiaising with internal teams and external customers to resolve billing or payment issuesManaging deposits, guarantees, and related audit processesReconciling daily transaction reports and identifying discrepanciesIssuing billings, credit notes, and other receivable-related documentationSupporting month-end close with journal entries and schedulesAssisting with GST compliance and statutory auditsPerforming financial health checks for business partnersRequirements:
Diploma in Accounting or relevant discipline with at least 1-2 years' experience in Accounts Receivable or finance ops
