Through the value we create, we are committed to a better and more sustainable future.We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing & Communications Intern to support the marketing and communications team on client & talent management and content development projects in Malaysia and Singapore.Applicants need to be able to commit to at least three months of internship but six months is highly preferred.Key Responsibilities:Assist in driving lead generation campaigns using AI marketing tools and/or other channelsSocial media content creation with guidance from team on strategy and content prioritiesAssist in the uploading and review of website articles and pagesPrepare daily business news for business stakeholders via intranetShadow Corporate Communications team to prepare and facilitate media interviewsUpdate and prepare our media list, media coverage and analysis reportsAssist in providing support for event planning and execution, including logistics coordination, preparation of event materials and on-site event supportUndertake administrative duties such as inventory levels of promotional items, updating of spreadsheets and presentations, liaison with suppliers and vendors etc.Participate in local and regional work-in-progress meetingsRequirements:A diploma or degree in marketing/communications or related disciplinesGreat digital skills, from using AI to working with social media platformsA fast learner who can work independently and is adaptable to changesStrong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey informationA high level of accuracy and attention to detailA positive disposition and able to play well with othersAn interest in reading the news and keeping up with current affairsApplication InstructionsTo apply, please click on the button to submit your application.
