Support drafting and review of contracts
Support drafting, review and organising of various projects to produce and update contract templates
Collaborating with various departments across the Branch including Senior Legal Counsel, Coverage, Product, Compliance and Support Functions to gather input and insights on documents
Undertaking legal research
Support on creating legal training and presentations
Perform ad hoc tasks as requested by the supervising lawyer
Providing broad legal support to the Senior Legal Counsel to ensure the proper administration of the relevant function

Job Requirements:

A law undergraduate with strong academic track record
Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint Skills
Fluent English; Chinese language skill is a plus
Strong analytical skills and attention to details
Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure
Willingness to learn
Good communication skills and comfortable interacting with people from different cultures and backgrounds
