Deputy Manager, Finance (12 months contract)

• Responsible for liaison with shared service centre in administrating the full set financials of the Trust, including management accounts.
• Responsible for tax, GST and cash management of the Trust, including overseas vendors / urgent payments and foreign currency hedging.
• Prepare the annual budget of the Trust.
• Prepare monthly consolidation of the Group.
• Review the monthly results submission from the subsidiaries/Joint ventures
• Assist in yearly external audit and internal audit in relation to audit requirements and deliverables, including preparation of the Group annual financial statements.
• Assist in international tax and other regulatory reporting requirements such as FATCA, Country-by-Country Reporting, CRS and USSFTA.
• Ensure that all accounting functions comply with the Group accounting policies and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards International (SFRS(I)).
• Participate in special projects and assist in other tasks as and when required.

• Degree in Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in an Audit or Accountant role.
• Candidates with strong consolidation experience, work exposure in listed company financial operations are preferred.
• Innovative and communicates well and quickly.
• Ability to work under stress and in a fast pace environment.
• Work well in a team as well as independently.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft 365, in particular Excel (working with formulas and pivot tables).
• Knowledge of SAP Hana/Yardi is an added advantage
