- Day-to-day support and operations of IPC Unigy systems, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Manage related voice technologies: Cisco, Microsoft Teams, NICE/Verint voice recording.
- Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
- Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and disaster recovery testing.
- Collaborate with trading desks, infrastructure teams, and vendors to ensure platform stability.
- Oversee voice-related projects, capacity planning, and process improvements.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain detailed technical documentation.
- Provide on-call support during trading hours and scheduled maintenance windows.
- 10+ years of technical support experience in trader voice, with deep hands-on expertise in IPC Unigy.
- 5+ years in a senior or lead role, ideally in a financial trading environment.
- Familiarity with Cloud9, Speakerbus, NICE/Verint, and Unified Communications (Teams, WebEx).
- Strong knowledge of SIP, VoIP, telephony systems, and network fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, QoS).
- Proven ability to manage critical incidents and lead technical teams under pressure.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel regionally and support during off-hours as needed
