This role sits within 1 of the 2 platforms: (i) Fund Management and (ii) Investment. The Fund Management platform focuses on raising capital and forging stronger relationships with investors. The Investment platform aims to drive capital deployment decisions and horizontal integration to create value for our investors. Together, we aim to create value and deliver sustainable returns for our investors through a range of products including listed REITs and business trusts and private funds which invests globally into real estate, infrastructure, data centres and alternative asset classes. The OneInfra investment team is responsible for sourcing and executing investments for all the 3 infrastructure investment strategies, to grow Keppel FM & I into the premier infrastructure fund manager in Asia Pacific. The KAIF Investment team sources, reviews, and executes investments for KAIF, a value-add private equity fund with a focus on infrastructure assets in the Asia-Pacific region. Interns at KAIF are involved with all aspects of the fund management and investment process in the private infrastructure markets with diverse exposure to different sectors and markets across Asia Pacific. This provides an exciting opportunity to gain infrastructure fund management and investment experience. The intern will be responsible in the following: • Analyse and evaluate the investment pipeline along the investment team from research, due diligence, to reviewing investment and post-closing monitoring. • Contribute to due-diligence work-streams, including financial modelling and coordination with advisors. • Supporting the KAIF team in asset management for existing portfolio and preparation of capital raising / investor materials. • Conduct industry research and market analysis for potential acquisition opportunities, which includes processing datapoints. • Providing any other support necessarily by team in FM&I.
