- Facilitate IT projects from the initiation to release phases.
- Take charge of project initiation and management as the Project Manager, handling tasks like scheduling, ensuring quality, and managing costs.
- Responsible for coordinating with project team members to facilitate projects.
- Supervise sizable teams for application development team and accounting system replacement.
- Engage in stakeholder communication.
- Develop comprehensive project plans.
- Possess over 7 years of IT project management experience, preferably with experience working in a professional consulting firm.
- Excellent communication skill in English
- Fluent in Japanese language (Business Level) to liaise with Japanese speaker stakeholders and clients.
- Proven track record of client-facing engagements.
- Proficiency in standard project management methodologies like PMBOK.
- Seasoned in serving as a client-side Project Manager.
- Skilled in mentoring project management and project management office (PMO) members.
