What the role is:You will be part of a team looking into the development of the Precast/ Prefabricated Volumetric Construction (PPVC) supply eco-system.What you will be working on:You will be part of a team looking into the development of the Precast/Prefabricated Volumetric Construction (PPVC) supply eco-system as well as diversifying precast supply to overseas sources, to support the industry's shift towards greater Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA) adoption.You will engage and work closely with public and private sector developers on strategies to meet domestic supply needs and enhance precast/ PPVC supply resilience. You will also engage and manage the supply chain, comprising Integrated Construction Prefabricated Hubs (ICPHs) operators and precasters.What we are looking for:Tertiary qualifications in built environment related courses. Work experience in the built environment sector will be preferred.Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills.Good inter-personal skills, self-motivated, and able to work independently and in a team.Successful candidates will be offered contract employment.
