Production Planner / Materials Planner (Aerospace Manufacturing)

• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule to balance production flow and inventory targets.
• Conduct load and capacity analyses for production cells and RFQ parts, recommending solutions and capital needs.
• Coordinate material planning and outsourcing activities to support production schedules and mitigate supply shortages.
• Lead weekly production review meetings covering forecasts, order fulfilment, and cost of quality issues.
• Drive process improvements and cost reduction initiatives through Lean and continuous improvement projects.

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in production and materials planning within Aerospace Manufacturing.
• Proficient with MRP/Syteline systems, advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, formulas).
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in load/capacity analysis and effective issue resolution.
