Train service team from entry to expert level, field service professionals and supervisors. Manage day-to-day priorities in solving technical issues received by the team.Lead a service section to provide technical supportLead service section to provide technical support to customer/ contractors/ consultant on testing and commissioning work for new chillersTroubleshoot and diagnose issues with chiller systems when necessarySupport T&C team to ensure successful startup of the chillerAttend system integrated testing with customer and have deep understanding on chiller plant system and efficiencyManage a team of service technicians direct reports, and a few in-house subcontractors to support our service team on all technical related escalationsMeet customers with Service Managers to support in customer meetingsManage other administrative tasks as required such as field staffs’ leave, tools requests, safety related requests, or cost related matters in SAPSupport field staffs for any required assistance on technical mattersSupport field service team in above scope after office hours in the event of critical repairs/ troubleshootingAble to analyze overall plant efficiency to meet GreenMark certification and recommend solutionsDiagnose electrical issues and implement effective solutions. Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints and schematicsTrainer for HVAC equipment and products, includes customer and service teamMain liaison with factory to get all updates and solutionsAble to generate technical report for internal and external stakeholdersHVAC connected services support to service team, main stakeholder to promote and support service deliveryRequirements:Diploma/Degree in Mechanical EngineeringExperience in HVAC/manufacturing industryExperience in providing training to stakeholdersExperienced in managing a teamPleasant personality, good attitude and good communication skillsGood stakeholder management skillFamiliar with SAP and Salesforce system is an advantageCarrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
