- You will resolve problems, tackle enquiries, and provide first-level advice through our inbound corporate hotline, ranging from technical support, internet banking troubleshooting and other digital initiatives.
- To fully understand customer’s needs and provide appropriate and accurate solutions
- Placing the customer at the heart of what you do, delivering a positive experience for the customer
- Hands-on experience in the banking industry
- Opportunity to learn about the different aspects of banking and finance
- Exposure to professionals in the field who can provide mentorship and guidance

- Minimum Diploma / equivalent or experience in a Contact Centre, Banking or Customer Service environment
