The Centre also has staff at the Agency for Science, Technology and Research, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and the Singapore University of Technology and Design. - Administrate CQT PhD students candidature milestones (eg. QEI, QE II, Progress Report, Oral Defence etc)
- Administrate the CQT exam matters
- Administrate CQT course registration matters including creation of new courses etc; course exemptions
- Assist with the CQT PhD Academic Committee application process (contact applicants, interviews etc)
- Student travel requests (quotation and booking of air ticket etc)
- Secretarial support to the CQT PhD Academic Committee
- Other administrative and logistical matters relating to PhD students (eg. CQT alumni network; Assist in organising students related events/workshops/activities/welfare programmes)
